Kelly & Brad Founded in 1993 by Brad Spragg and Kelly Miller, The Atlanta Hunt Club specializes in the care and training of both horse and rider in the hunter and jumper disciplines. We provide training to our boarders and maintain several lesson horses and ponies, which have been carefully selected for riders without their own mount. We also offer competitive opportunities at both local GHJA and national USEF A-rated horse shows.  Brad Spragg began riding at the age of 13 and competed nationally as a junior rider. Highlights of his junior career include competing in the Junior Hunter and Equitation Finals at Devon, Harrisburg, Washington, and New York - all national horse show finals. After graduating from Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a degree in Public Relations and then enduring brief stint in the coporate world, Brad moved to Atlanta in 1988 to begin his professional training career. Since then, Brad has trained countless horse show champions from the Atlanta area and has had many students earn invitations to the same national horse show finals in which he competed as a junior rider.

Kelly's sailboat - Verna Breeze Kelly Miller grew up riding in Michigan. Upon moving to Atlanta in 1993, she was itching to return to the saddle. After learning that a junior rider she knew years earlier as “Little Braddy Spragg” was now training in Atlanta, Kelly gave him a call for some lessons. Soon after, Kelly and Brad formed a business partnership that lasted eight years and a close friendship that lasts to this day. Kelly managed the business side of the company until 2000 at which time she left to pursue her dream of living on a boat, sailing the Caribbean. She is always welcome back home during the times she is back in Atlanta!
