Founded in 1993 by Brad Spragg and Kelly Miller, The Atlanta Hunt Club
specializes in the care and training of both horse and rider in the hunter and jumper disciplines. We provide training
to our boarders and maintain several lesson horses and ponies, which have been carefully selected for riders without their
own mount. We also offer competitive opportunities
at both local GHJA and national USEF A-rated horse shows.
Brad Spragg began riding
at the age of 13 and competed nationally as a junior rider. Highlights of his junior career include competing in the Junior
Hunter and Equitation Finals at Devon, Harrisburg, Washington, and New
York - all national horse show finals. After graduating from Southern Methodist University in Dallas
with a degree in Public Relations and then enduring brief stint in the coporate world, Brad moved to Atlanta in 1988 to begin
his professional training career. Since then, Brad has trained countless horse show champions from the Atlanta area and has had many students earn invitations to the same national horse show finals
in which he competed as a junior rider.
